Having spent more than fifteen years working in strategy and transformation, Jonas has deep expertise in high-stakes change efforts. His unique value lies in his ability to combine analytical and structured problem-solving with intuitive and people-focused execution - a rare blend of left and right brain approaches and a game changer in transformations.
Having previously worked in Europe, the US and APAC, Jonas has experience and knowledge across a range of industries including Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG, Retail, Telco Media, Technology and Public Sector.
Jonas is driven by his goal of achieving long-term impact for clients through strategic and meaningful change. He works as a catalyst to help teams do their own problem-solving, but is equally skilled in taking on active operational leadership roles as well as high-performance capability development. Jonas’ thoughtful approach places him as a trusted advisor to many C-level executives.
Having previously worked with Bain & Company on a portfolio of more than 40 clients, Jonas has experience in implementation of consumer-driven strategies, performance improvement (e.g. growth conscious cost reductions), post-merger integration, and digital growth acceleration.
Jonas is passionate not only about organisational but also personal change. He founded a not-for-profit human performance incubator called whatworx, working in partnership with Walter Bellin Associates – an ex-McKinsey advisor on change effectiveness. Together they facilitate deep transformational change through specialised retreats and development courses. He lives with his wife and daughter in Sydney.

Charles (Charlie) is a Business Transformation Specialist, Corpus Client Partner and Change-Maker. Throughout his career, Charlie has been described as “expansive in thought, focused in action" – his unique value lies in his skill to analyse detailed data and see the bigger picture, and translate those finding into target-driven solutions. He is unwavering in his ability to set clear business priorities and operationalise change.
An Ex-McKinsey consultant, former VC/PE Operating Partner and a Management Academic. Charlie has more than 15 years of experience in helping organisations and individuals achieve step-change growth. His experience with clients spans a range of industries including Healthcare, Transport and Logistics, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
Charlie has a deep understanding of working in the intersection of business transformation, growth strategy and innovation management. He has a particular professional interest in Business Model Innovation, Growth Transformation, Venturing and working with new businesses. His unique blend of time spent working with corporates, start-ups and investors, in VC/PE and as a Lead Syndicate Investor, means he brings an ‘owner mindset’ to every client project.
Charlie has published work and presented at leading global conferences on Innovation Management, and has designed and delivered Postgraduate and Executive Education to several thousand high-performers from all 5 continents. He has a passion for developing bespoke training programs for corporates and PE funds.
His ability to overcome hurdles is not only limited to the corporate environment - Charlie competed in the finals of the World Masters Athletics Championships in the 400m hurdles, placing sixth. He lives with his partner in Sydney.

Mithilesh is an Operations and Transformation Partner with Corpus. He has helped underperforming businesses to reach their full potential and driven rapid restructuring to take clients from ‘good’ to ‘great’. His experience spans across Asia Pacific including Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Mithilesh is recognised for creating sustainable impact and driving performance in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environments.
Early in his career, Mithilesh was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and also held roles with AT Kearney, Boston Consulting Group and Accenture. A winner of McKinsey’s “Practice Olympics” (a prestigious innovation challenge), Mithilesh has designed multiple digital products to improve operational productivity. He is passionate about operations and enjoys the challenge of delivering bottom-line cost reduction.
Mithilesh’s experience spans a range of sectors, including Transport and Logistics, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Paper and Pulp, Dairy, Industrial/Infrastructure and Professional Services.
Mithilesh holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India. Before moving to Australia, Mithilesh lived and worked in India. He now enjoys the Australian lifestyle with his wife and daughter in Melbourne, watching cricket and composing Indian music in his spare time.

Michael is a Strategy & Transformation Partner with Corpus, bringing more than 20 years of international experience in leading strategy development and implementation, organisational design and restructuring, M&A due diligence, integration and separations.
His experience spans a range of sectors, including Retail and FMCG, Construction and Engineering, Transport and Logistics, Professional Services, as well as Governments and Non-Profit Organisations in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Early in his career, Michael was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He then spent five years working as a senior strategy executive at Westpac Bank, before returning to consulting. His client portfolio includes national and multinational companies, including five years providing strategic support for Woolworths.
Michael is passionate about bringing fresh perspective to business models for his clients – unafraid of proposing anything from minor shuffles to major shake ups. He finds the optimal operating structure for every client.
Michael holds a MBA from the Melbourne Business School, a Masters in the Economic Development of S.E. Asia from the School of Oriental & African Studies (Univ. London), a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from Cardiff University, and qualifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
Before moving to Australia twenty years ago, Michael lived and worked in Asia. He now lives with his wife and three sons in Sydney, loves getting outdoors and keeps fit by rowing on the beautiful Middle Harbour.

Jia is a Transformation Partner and Data Scientist. With over a decade of experience extracting and translating data, Jia has unique expertise in a fast-growing corporate niche.
Her mission with Corpus Analytics is to raise the accuracy, awareness and accessibility of data analytics to improve strategy and decision-making for businesses across Australia & New Zealand.
Jia’s combined experience across data, business and technology allows her to interpret core business challenges and create simple and actionable data-driven solutions for her clients. She ensures she and her team are at the cutting edge of adopting new technologies in her field.
Through her career, Jia has worked with companies ranging in size from ASX 10 to single founder-led businesses.
Jia has held roles with Deutsche Bank, Quantium and McGrathNicol and helped extract data insights for leading brands such as Lendlease, Stockland and Woolworths. During her time working with McGrathNicol, she led an analytics team on a project that resulted in data-driven business restructuring and change management for CBA, Macquarie, and UBS, as well as Government Bodies and Educational Institutions across five states.
She holds a BA/BCom from the University of Auckland, having won the Annual Prize in Economics (top of the year), and is a CFA Charterholder.
Jia’s passion and natural affiliation with numbers comes as no surprise, having grown up with parents who were Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineers and always working on a new prototype or experiment around the family home.
