Corpus worked with all teams across the organisation to improve alignment between sales, customer strategy and operations.
A business plan was developed with strategic priorities, and a new process for decision making with structured governance using Leadership Spine Analysis. Corpus segmented the company’s customer base using a Driver Tree Analysis and created a plan for product development for each segment. A number of trade-off discussions were facilitated between senior executives and their teams, with Corpus training internal team members to manage this process moving forward.
