He has helped underperforming businesses to reach their full potential and driven rapid restructuring to take clients from ‘good’ to ‘great’. His experience spans across Asia Pacific including Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Mithilesh is recognised for creating sustainable impact and driving performance in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environments.

Early in his career, Mithilesh was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and also held roles with AT Kearney, Boston Consulting Group and Accenture. A winner of McKinsey’s “Practice Olympics” (a prestigious innovation challenge), Mithilesh has designed multiple digital products to improve operational productivity. He is passionate about operations and enjoys the challenge of delivering bottom-line cost reduction.

Mithilesh’s experience spans a range of sectors, including Transport and Logistics, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Paper and Pulp, Dairy, Industrial/Infrastructure and Professional Services.

Mithilesh holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India. Before moving to Australia, Mithilesh lived and worked in India. He now enjoys the Australian lifestyle with his wife and daughter in Melbourne, watching cricket and composing Indian music in his spare time.
